N.I.M Ready currently ships throughout South Africa.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping unless otherwise arranged directly with us.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation message or email with your shipping details and tracking information, where available.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Shipping fees may vary depending on your delivery location, order size, and selected delivery option.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within South Africa are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, incorrect delivery details, or other circumstances beyond our control.

We partner with reliable courier and delivery services such as The Courier Guy, Pargo, and Fastway to help ensure safe and timely delivery.

The courier used for your order may depend on your location and the delivery option selected.

6. Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details at checkout.

N.I.M Ready will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed, please allow additional time for the courier to complete delivery.

If your package appears to be lost, please contact our support team within 14 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with tracking the order.
